NOTE: Any changes to the scope of the project will be evaluated as either something to add to the monthly service costs or if big enough would be added as a separate project to be estimated and bid separately. And it will be evaluated for priority against existing goals. Choosing to prioritize new scope items ahead of existing project tasks will impact the timeline of the original project.

Payment Terms and Conditions Monthly Payment Agreement: The agreed monthly payment amount of $480.110 will be automatically charged to the same credit card used to make the initial payment. Payments will recur on the same date each month. Card Decline or Payment Failure: In the event the card is declined or fails to process the payment, you will have no more than 14 business days to provide updated payment information. If updated payment information is not provided within 14 business days, a non-refundable daily fee of 2% of the monthly payment amount (approximately $9.60 per day) will be charged. Accrued fees will be added to the total amount owed. Prepayment Terms: Prepayment is allowed at any time without penalty, subject to the following: Notice Requirement: Clients must notify us at least 7 days before the next scheduled monthly payment to adjust or stop the automatic payment. Full Prepayment: If the remaining balance is paid in full, the 8.5% payment plan fee will be removed from the remaining total. Partial Prepayment: Partial prepayments, or deposits made against the remaining amount owed, are accepted. These deposits will reduce the total balance due but will not alter the monthly payment amount. Instead, the number of monthly payments required and/or the final payment amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Agreement to Terms: By initiating this payment, you agree to the terms outlined above, including the automatic monthly charges, prepayment conditions, and applicable fees for delays or declined payments.
