1. Introduction

Welcome to Wodobo Hosting and Maintenance Services (“Wodobo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our hosting and maintenance services, whether you are a direct client or a friend/client of our direct partners. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Hosting and Maintenance Plans

We offer hosting and hosting/maintenance plans designed to cater to your website needs. These plans are available to our direct clients and friends & clients of our direct partners. We provide two basic levels of maintenance:

2.1 Wodobo Hosting/Maintenance Plans

  • Hosting Only: This plan includes premium high-speed hosting and access to our live ticketing system for hosting-related issues. It also provides malware protection and remediation. Please note that this plan is available exclusively to users who have completed maintenance training.
  • Maintenance (Basic): Our basic maintenance plan includes premium high-speed hosting, email support for hosting-related issues, malware protection and remediation, monthly backups/updates to keep your site running smoothly, and up to 25 minutes each month for site edits, tweaks, and technical support. You will also have access to our live ticketing system.
  • Maintenance (Plus): Our plus maintenance plan includes premium high-speed hosting, email support for hosting-related issues, malware protection and remediation, monthly backups/updates, up to 45 minutes each month for site edits, tweaks, and technical support, and access to our live ticketing system.
  • Maintenance (Pro): Our pro maintenance plan offers premium high-speed hosting, email support for hosting-related issues, malware protection and remediation, monthly backups/updates, up to 90 minutes each month for site edits, tweaks, and technical support, and access to our live ticketing system.

2.2 Maintenance for Other Hosts

If you choose to host your website elsewhere, we can still offer maintenance plans. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the performance of the hosting service. The maintenance plans for websites hosted elsewhere include the following:

  • Monthly backup/update to keep your site running smoothly.
  • Allotted time each month for updates, technical support, consulting, and other related tasks.

3. Payment and Autopay

All pricing for our hosting and maintenance plans is outlined on our website. Payments can be made monthly with no contract obligations. We offer autopay options for your convenience.

4. Use of Our Services

By using our services, you agree to adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is outlined separately on our website. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms.

5. Termination

You may cancel your hosting or maintenance plan at any time, and we will cease billing accordingly. Please note that refunds will not be provided for partial months of service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
